ABOUT JESSICA PULLIG
Founder of Supporting Productivity | Systems Strategist | Tactical Optimist

Hi, I’m Jessica. And if you’ve ever felt like your business is a moving vehicle with no map, I’m here to help you steer with confidence.

My path to building Supporting Productivity wasn’t linear—but it was intentional.
I’ve always been someone who sees the gaps most people miss. That aptitude served me well in engineering. What started as a field of study in university evolved into a licensed career designing real infrastructure. I've designed and drawn plan sets for highway systems across Texas—constructed projects that are still moving traffic today. Engineering taught me how to solve complex problems with layered constraints while ensuring longevity of systems in daily use.

I’ve also spent nearly 20 years as a military spouse, where adaptability wasn’t just a trait—it was a way of life. Living within the structure and demands of military systems taught me how to operate tactically, stay mission-focused, and create order even amid constant change. That duality—rigid structure and constant transition—became one of my greatest assets. Spanning a decade, my second career in nonprofit operations gave me a completely different challenge: do more with less. There, I sharpened my ability to balance compassion with accountability, building systems that didn’t just work—they made a difference.

By the time I stepped into career #3, the real estate industry, I had a toolbelt full of skills—and a deep desire to apply them. I became the Director of Operations for a top-producing team, where I got to test, refine, and scale everything I’d learned. It was in that fast-paced, high-expectation environment that I began to see a pattern: success wasn’t about knowing what to do. It was about being able to do it—consistently, efficiently, and in a way that didn’t lead to burnout.

That’s when the idea for Supporting Productivity started to take shape.

The 4Es: My Guiding Framework

Over the course of hundreds of consulting hours, coaching calls, and team systems builds, I started to see the throughline in every successful transformation. That insight became my signature 4Es framework:

  • Engage – First, we slow down and tune in. What’s really going on in your business? What’s working, what’s stuck, and what’s been ignored because you haven’t had the time or headspace to deal with it?

  • Equip – Once we understand the root of the friction, I bring tools—not just templates, but tailored solutions that actually fit your business model, your team size, and your bandwidth.

  • Empower – Systems are only as good as your ability to use them. This phase is all about implementation that sticks. Whether that’s team onboarding, automation, or process clarity, we make it usable from day one.

  • Educate – This is where you take the driver’s seat. My goal is never to make you dependent on me—it’s to make you dangerously capable of maintaining and growing your business systems with confidence.

This framework isn’t just what I do—it’s how I think. It represents my belief that structure doesn’t have to feel rigid, and that success isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right things, in the right order, with a support system behind you.

Why I Built Supporting Productivity

In 2024, I realized that so many brilliant professionals weren’t stuck because they lacked vision. They were stuck because they couldn’t get the ideas out of their heads and into action. They were overwhelmed by choices, slowed down by messy execution, and paralyzed by the fear of doing it wrong.

That’s why I created Supporting Productivity—not just as a consulting business, but as a platform for action.

Through my custom systems builds, mastermind programs, and implementation workshops, I help real estate teams,  solo agents, and operations personnel turn chaos into clarity. My role isn’t to run your business. It’s to build the systems with you so that you can run it easier.  Easy looks like faster, smoother, and without needing to start from scratch when scaling.

Want to save time? I’ll design a system that saves you hours each week—and I’ll install it for you.
Need accountability? I’ll help you get crystal clear on what impacts and what doesn’t.
Struggling to lead your operations team? I’ll help you delegate, document, and define the way forward.

At the End of the Day

I’m a problem-solver at heart. I care deeply about doing good work for good people. And I believe every business deserves systems that make success sustainable—not exhausting. I won’t just give you strategy. I’ll give you execution.

And if you need a navigator to help you get where you’re going—I’m your GPS.
