Terms, Payment, and Cancellation

Enrollment in The Systems Continuum represents a six-month commitment to active participation and implementation. This small-group experience is intentionally limited in capacity to maintain high-level access, collaboration, and accountability.

Each cohort meets twice per month via Zoom for live, guided sessions. Participants are expected to attend regularly, complete assigned work between sessions, and communicate if support or clarification is needed.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure your seat at the table. You will receive your invoice within two business days of submitting this form. The deposit is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice and will be applied toward your first month’s payment.

Seats are filled on a first-confirmed basis, and your spot is not reserved or guaranteed until your deposit has been paid in full.

I understand that a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to secure my seat and that my spot in The Systems Continuum is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid in full.

Participants may choose to pay in full or by monthly invoice. The total program investment is $3,000, with the initial $500 deposit applied toward this amount.

For participants paying monthly, invoices of $500 per month will be issued on the first of each month, beginning February 1, 2026, and continuing through June 1, 2026. Nonpayment or late payment will result in restricted access to live Zoom sessions until the account is brought current.

Participants who prefer to pay in full may do so by December 20, 2025. When paid in full by this date, Supporting Productivity extends a 5% appreciation incentive, bringing the final program cost to $2,850. The $500 deposit is still required and will be applied toward that total.

Pay in full — $2,350 balance due by December 20, 2025 (total $2,850 with deposit applied)

Because seats are limited and your place is reserved for the full six-month experience, all payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable once invoicing begins. Enrollment in The Systems Continuum reflects a shared commitment to growth, collaboration, and follow-through.

If unexpected circumstances arise, requests for schedule deferral may be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

Participation in live sessions and implementation work is highly encouraged to receive the full value of the program, but each participant determines their own level of engagement. This program does not pause, transfer, or roll over into future cohorts.

I understand that I can choose to withdraw from the program at any time, but all payments made remain non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for future credit.
