Experience Details

Duration: 6 months - Current cohort Jan. to Jun. 2026

Sessions: 12 guided Zooms - 2 per month

Group Size: Limited to 8 or less participants

Investment: $500 per month - due monthly

Deposit: $500 due upon acceptance to secure your experience

 

Each participant receives personalized support, templates, and live collaboration inside the cohort. Availability is reviewed individually through a brief application to ensure fit and focus.

Howdy! I'm Jessica Pullig - Systems Strategist and Business Architect

I don’t come from a traditional real estate background. My path was built through other industries where clarity, consistency, and composure were non-negotiable.

 

Before I ever built a CRM or trained a team, I spent ten years in hospitality and customer service learning how people think, react, and build trust. Then I spent five years in convention and event logistics, coordinating thousands of moving parts and making sure every single one connected on cue.

 

After that, I moved into a decade of civil engineering. In that world, a detail within a quarter inch could shift timelines or change million-dollar budgets. That precision taught me to see workflows not just as tasks but as systems that balance structure and flow.

 

Then there was the season I served ten years in the nonprofit sector. I held committee and director positions on multiple executive boards, managing memberships, ensuring compliance, executing events, and maintaining operational inventory. I learned how mission-driven organizations sustain growth through accountability and collaboration. Those lessons directly influence how I now coach operational leadership.

 

Along the way, I’ve experienced twenty years as a military spouse. That journey has taught me the art of being flexibly structured. I know how to plan long-term while adapting overnight, how to steward resources carefully, and how to keep forward momentum when circumstances change without warning.

 

All of these experiences shaped how I lead, build, and teach. They showed me that sustainable success doesn’t come from constant hustle. It comes from consistent systems.

 

I’ve built dashboards, SOPs, client service initiatives, and communication frameworks that help businesses run with clarity and keep the humans inside them thriving.

 

That is why I created The Systems Continuum.

 

It exists to help others build the same stability one system at a time, in rhythm, and with purpose.
