WHO THIS IS FOR

This service is for real estate professionals ready to turn the database into a daily driver of growth. You don’t need to be a tech wizard or a top producer, but you do need a baseline of structure to build on. If you’ve been in business at least a year, have closed a handful of deals, and use a CRM with real contacts (not just imports or duplicates), you’re in the right place.

 

If your contacts are mostly in your phone, scattered across spreadsheets, or just living in your memory, this may not be the best first step. We’ll be collaborating on strategy, but you’re hiring me to do the heavy lifting—so it’s important that you trust the process and give space for the system to take shape.

THE PROCESS

  1. Start with an Exploration Call

    We’ll talk through your CRM, systems, and goals to decide if this is the right service for you. If not, I’ll point you to someone who’s a better fit.

  2.  Invoice + Kick-off Prep

    If we decide to move forward, you'll receive a formal booking request. Once paid, you’ll receive a preparation checklist ahead of your kick-off call.

  3. Kick-off Call (60 minutes)

    We’ll review the checklist together, discuss how the customization fits your business model, map out the journey, and clarify CRM access.  This call sets the strategy and from there the tune-up begins.
